Infused Basic Pesto Sauce

This pesto recipe makes creating your own homemade herby green sauce incredibly easy. Use both THC-infused olive oil and good quality extra virgin olive oil to make a pesto sauce full of flavor.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon JAM infused olive oil Click here for the recipe
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Combine the basil, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor and process until very finely minced.
  • With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the extra virgin oil until it is fully incorporated. Then process until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add in the infused oil and process until smooth.
  • Add the Parmesan and process briefly, to combine.

Notes

Store the pesto sealed in refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to 4 months.
