  • 1 ½ cups milk any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon CBD infused honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon stick or ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small pot and bring to a simmer. Remove cinnamon stick, blend and enjoy immediately.
